Our success rate stands for a lot, but you can put your concerns to rest through our temp-to-hire option. We assume all employer liability while our candidate is with you temporarily.
Once you've reached your comfort level with regards to hiring the candidate as your employee, we'll help you convert them to your payroll. Our Direct Hire fee will be pro-rated based upon the total hours worked by our candidate while on the assignment.
