Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years in a B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management role
B2B selling & partnering with decision makers of advertising agencies and in-house marketing departments in an effort to grow their business and supporttheir teams’ hiring needs
Managing and executing business development plans and sales campaigns
Building long-lasting and trusted relationships within the creative industry
Developing and activating marketing campaigns with the assistance of the recruiting team
Contract negotiations and must be comfortable selling the benefits vs. the features of our creative agency
Salary range:
$55,000 - $65,000
