Requirements:
β’ B2B selling & partnering with decision makers of advertising agencies and in-house marketing departments in effort to grow their business and support their teams hiring needs
β’ Managing and executing business development plans and sales campaigns
β’ Building long lasting and trusted relationships within the creative industry
β’ Developing and activating marketing campaigns with the assistance of the recruiting team
β’ Contract negotiations and must be comfortable selling the benefits vs. features of our creative agency
β’ Daily phone sales and weekly client visits β keeping track of hot leads and making sure you are staying consistent with follow-up What Do You Need To Have To Qualify? Β
β’ Minimum of 3+ years in a B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management role
β’ We are looking for an AMAZING problem solver and someone who can bring creativity, personality and positivity to the table
β’ We are looking for someone who has the drive to become successful within a remote working environment while contributing innovative & strategic ideas and being a team player
β’ Strong written & verbal communications skills are required

Salary range:
$55,000 - $65,000
